A case dismissed because a bank failed to prosecute, failed to attend a hearing and failing to do anything. So the case was dismissed.
Dismissing a case under Florida Rule 1.420(e), which provides cases will be dismissed.
I would think that judges would get frustrated to see the same bank errors over and over again...banks and their attorneys failing to attend to their cases.
