CC Roads means Cement concrete Roads, technically we can call as Rigid Pavements, there will be different steps in construction of Rigid Pavements based on Type of Roads i.e National highways, State Highways, Or village roads etc.
General steps in Rigid pavements
1.Levelling Ground surface
2.Placing Channels
3.Placing Polythene sheet
4.Mixing concrete
5.Transporting concrete
6.Placing Concrete
7.Compaction of Concrete
8.Finishing surface
9.Curing
Generelly we use M20 grade of Concrete,
In this we use Cement, Sand, 20 mm aggregates, 12 mm aggregates, ZenFlex Oil.
We place Rubber sheet for Every 20 m.
We don't use polythene sheet mostly to Existing roads, we use for new proposal roads.
