My first attempt at doing anything from Rebrickable, so be gentle with me! In this video we take the new LEGO Modern House, set 31153 and turn it into a modular building Modern Beach House so it can fit into the beach area of my Lego city. Using just 53 pieces on top of those included in the original set, this is a high quality, modular building quality build on a 32x32 baseplate for around about £100, half the price of a typical Lego modular building. And it looks great!
