The last video on the major restoration projects, in this video I finish up the bottom sanding, rudder repairs, barrier coat, fairing, and bottom painting. Then I launch the boat, discover a problem with the brand new transmission (factory defect), and swap it out. I launch the boat again and immediately sea trial Albatross to Sag Harbor, NY, so I could start the chartering season up there. (June-sept) the end of the video is a short little snippet of my summer work and finally, having some fun on the boat! (Hence the funny thumbnail) blame it on the algorithm…
