Today's SwissWatchExpo Daily Drop is the stunning (Breitling) Cosmonaut. This isn't just any Cosmonaut. This is the steel and gold bezel Cosmonaut. One of the things that you'll notice about this watch is it has the 24 hour dial. That means that this hand, this hour hand, it goes only once around this watch per day. A little bit of confusing. A lot of people don't know what that looks like on a standard day to day basis. You do have each and every hour of the day here, but it does read in a UTC or universal time coordinates or as you may know it as military time. Reason being when Scott Carpenter wore this watch a into orbit the first time, they wanted to make sure that this watch would be able to differentiate for him the difference between day and night.
