Описание: Sally Lunn (Solange Luyon) was a French Huguenot who escaped to England and went to work in a Bath, England bakery in 1680, where she started making and selling a French bun that became known as the Bath bun or Sally Lunn Bun. They are still made and sold in the original house that held her bakery. It is a delicious bread that can be made as a loaf, bun, or in this case, in a Bundt pan. This recipe comes from "The City Tavern Cookbook" by Walter Staib.
