I find the power of balance by feeling the strength of the core - inhaling with confidence and then relaxing into an exhale - opening up my heart to the world.
Staying mindfully aware for the rest of the day - enables me to find the strength and power in my core and the back - whenever I need to deal with a stressful situation - by breathing in and saying 'observe' - to find the strength of my core - to respond skillfully - rather than react mindlessly.
