The world class sailors nail foiling gybes, hoists and drops, getting out on the trapeze while foiling through chop all done with quick and minimal body movements.

There is much work to be done and a great amount of confidence and choreography required to effectively execute these actions fearlessly.

Its all a challenge and a wonderful journey to be on. It's not easy, as you can see here when amateurs try, but it is great fun, very exciting and rewarding. I am sure we will look back on this video in a few months and laugh at the tentative actions and slow manoeuvres, clumsy body work and tangled ropes.

The Goodall Design foiling viper delivers again for us and continues to propel us toward excellence.
