Описание: SOLAS Chapter III- Life Saving Appliances

A. Sound the General Emergency Alarm (7short Plus One long blast followed by Public Address)
B. Roll Call, Confirm Duties and Responsibilities stated on Muster List.
C. Preparation of Lowering Lifeboat.
D. Set Drain Plug or Scupper plug On.
E. Take Out the Battery Charger Cable.
F. Set forward and aft Painter.
G. Take Out Lashing or Gripes.
H. Take out Harbour Pin or Craddle Stopper Pin.
I. Take out the Toggle Pin in Boat Winch Lever.
J. Lowering the Lifeboat into Two Methods "Manual and Automatic Launching"
K. By Manual; Left Up the Boat Winch Lever or CounterWeight.
L. By Automatic; Hold the Remote Control Wire then Pulling Out to lower the Lifeboat.
M. Until 1-2 meters above Water or Waterborne.
N. Before Releasing the LifeBoat Hook whether "On and Off load Release" be sure that the Engine is started.
O. Be sure all is in Normal Condition (Battery, Engine Oil, Fuel Oil, Water and Lights)
P. Switch the Battery into 1 or 2 during Maintenance, Inspection and Drill then Switch into Both for Emergency.
Q. Pre-Heat 3-12 secs. depends upon the situation or after Glow Out.
R. Switch Knob Start Button or Push Green Start Button.
S. Throttle/Engine Telegraph Forward and Aft.
T. Test Steering Wheel Port and Starboard
U. Back to Neutral the Engine Telegraph then MidShip the Steering Wheel.
V. Open the Suction Valve then Push the idle or clutch depends, after that Throttle Fore and Aft to activate Water spray system
W. Back to Neutral, Shut the Suction Valve.
X. Switch Off the Engine by Pushing the Stop Button or Pulling the Knob.
Y. Then Start Recovering of Lifeboat.
