This is my entire wash and protective styling process for length retention. I wash my hair every 4 to 6 weeks. I don't co-wash. I also don't wash my hair when it is in protective styles because it will create excessive tangles.

I don't take any vitamins for hair growth. This hair on my head has been grown without the aid of supplements. I have a bite plate retainer in my mouth so I cannot enunciate certain sounds. So be nice if I some words come out wrong or if you cannot understand what I'm saying ;)

Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayo Deep Conditioner
Leave in conditioner
1 ounce Aloe Vera Juice

1 tablespoon Amla Olive Heavy Cream
1/4 tablespoon Jojoba oil
1/4 tablespoon castor oil
Amla & Olive Heavy Cream
Shea Butter
