വടക്കേ ഇന്ത്യൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ കനത്ത മൂടൽമഞ്ഞ് തുടരുന്നു. വായുമലിനീകരണത്തിന്റെ തോതും കുറയാത്തതോടെ ഡെൽഹിയിലെ അവസ്ഥ മോശമായി തുടരുന്നു. മുംബൈയിലും ആഗ്രയിലും കശ്മീരിലുമെല്ലാം കനത്ത മൂടൽമഞ്ഞാണ്. കാഴ്ചാപരിധി കുറഞ്ഞത് റോഡ്, റെയിൽ, വ്യോമഗതാഗതത്തെ ബാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലോകാത്ഭുതങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായ താജ്മഹൽ കാണാനാവാത്ത വിധം മഞ്ഞ് മൂടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
