People consider cinnamon as a stick or powder, while cinnamon oil ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum ) has long been used as a tonic, digestive aid, and more for so many years. Always use diluted. This oil is not normally appropriate for kids under 6 and must be diluted more for kids over 6. Frequent or undiluted use may cause skin sensitization. Diffuse with care also, as this powerful oil might aggravate nasal passages (do not inale directly from bottle or diffuser). Always test for skin sensitivity before to widespread usage and apply on the feet whenever possible. Too much use of any oil can result in skin sensitization. Keep away from eyes, ears, or nose. Not every oils are made equal, so check brands cautiously, and never ever use an oil in a manner not suggested by its manufacturer.
