One of the ideas we talked about on Day 1 surprised a lot of women:
Many women think declining energy means they need more motivation or discipline, or that they need to push harder.
But that’s rarely the real issue.
Often, low energy is the earliest signal that deeper systems in the body need support.
In the workshop, we’re teaching a simple framework we call the Age-Strong 4-Switch System, because aging strong requires a system — not random wellness tips.
The four switches are:
🌸 Strength – to preserve muscle and protect bones
🌼 Stability – to stay balanced and confident in movement
🪻 Vitality – to stay engaged with the people and life you love
🌿 Recovery – to allow the body to repair and rebuild
Yesterday, we focused on 🌼 Stability, and we talked about something that often goes unnoticed:
A woman may still be relatively strong… but she doesn’t feel steady.
Maybe she:
Hesitates stepping off a curb
Grips the railing tighter than she used to
Avoids uneven ground
Or thinks carefully before sitting in a low chair
When you don’t feel steady, your nervous system goes on alert.
And when your nervous system stays on alert, your body uses more energy.
Instability quietly drains stamina, creates tension, and over time can even start to shrink your world.
But the good news is that stability — like strength — can absolutely be supported and improved.
And when it is, something powerful happens:
Strength + stability = confidence.
Confidence in movement leads to more freedom, more independence, and more choices in life.
And ultimately… that’s what aging strong is really about.
