The first few days in a corporate world is a huge cultural shock for many. University life has its own comfort and when you start working for a company, many people feel overwhelmed. They can't set up the right expectations, they can't keep up with the pace of learning, they don't even know how to communicate properly.
A lot of these problems are mostly in people's heads as they have a very unrealistic view of the corporate world. Few unfortunate ones land a toxic boss or a bullying team right from the beginning, they really have it tough.
It was a common question asked by our followers, so we decided to create a video on it.
