Описание: MLB commissioner Rob Manfred and head of the MLBPA Tony Clark both fielded questions this week at the All-Star festivities in Atlanta. Both sides got the opportunity to clarify some of their recent comments on the upcoming CBA negotiations and add more fuel to the conversation. The big topic was in regards to Salary Cap, a consistent topic when it comes to the CBA, and there we're some comments made that need unpacking.
