Buttercream Wedding Cake with Buttercream Flowers

Описание: A buttercream wedding cake with buttercream flowers from oven to cake table. This is the orange butter cake recipe which is in my book "Wedding Cakes with Lorelie Step by Step" The filling is a luscious white chocolate buttercream with Raspberries. Each layer is brushed with simple syrup and then layered with the filling and cake. The tiers are then finished off with the Italian meringue buttercream with a twist recipe (link below) Doweled and stacked and then refrigerated, the cakes are now ready for the final step. Day 3 is all about decorating this three-tiered buttercream beauty with a garland of buttercream flowers. Mums, Hydrangea, Stock and Tulips made the perfect combination of textures and colors.
