• 200 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
• 1 tomato (firm and ripe)
• 125 g grated cheese (cheddar, gouda, or mozzarella)

Precautions:
• Make sure the butter is cold before mixing with flour for a flaky crust.
• Use firm tomatoes to prevent excess moisture; remove seeds if very juicy.
• If using salted cheese, adjust added salt accordingly.
• Do not overwork the dough, or it may turn out tough.
