PACIFICA CA Sunday-Dec 11,2016 8:30am: Heavy rains and landslides from recent storms have hit the coast of California
causing coastal erosion on cliffs near 100-Esplanade Avenue in Pacifica California.
With "King" tides and heavy run off from days of rain has caused the sand cliff to slide out from behind the brand new (2011) armoring wall and staircase. It appears that a large drainage pipe part of the structure failed also causing further damage to an already water soaked cliff side.
