COSN (Central Oregon Survival Network) is an up and coming network of like-minded people that focus on emergency management operations, weapons training, prepping, aspects of survival from urban to wilderness, and operational planning that is made up of former military personnel, SAR, and civilians. Training and planning is the key elements to the success of this network and its long term survival.
