Описание: The Government has specifically stated through its Circular No. 153 dated 17.06.2021 that value of component of goods in case of composite supply of milling services is to be ascertained on case to case basis.

Therefore, the taxpayers who have paid any amount of tax over and above the rate applicable on them should go for refund.
