Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), the Team Popularity Battle (often called the 4v4 Popularity Battle) is a high-stakes social event where you team up with friends to compete against other squads based on the "Popularity" points you receive from other players.
Unlike the standard Battle Royale, this is a battle of social influence and "gifting."
Team Formation: You can form a team of 4 players. Usually, one player acts as the leader to register the squad.
Matchmaking: The system matches your squad against another team with a similar popularity level.
The Duel: Battles typically last 2 days per round. During this time, you and your teammates must collect as much Popularity as possible (through gifts from friends, fans, or alt accounts).
Victory Condition: The team with the higher total popularity at the end of the round wins. Individual 1v1 duels within the team also contribute to the overall score.
