🍱 Today’s Meal Prep Recipes:
🌱 Steamed Tofu with Enoki Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black tausi beans
Salt & pepper, to taste
Minced garlic
Minced onion
Optional (for extra flavor):
A splash of soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
A dash of sesame oil
🥦 Roasted Broccoli & Potatoes
Broccoli:
Salt & pepper
(Feel free to add any seasoning you love)
Potatoes:
Old Bay seasoning
(Or substitute with your favorite seasoning)
🍗 Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:
500 g ground chicken breast
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
🥕 Pan-Seared Vegetables
Use any vegetables you like
Add a small amount of oil (calories count 😉)
Season with any spices or seasonings you prefer
🍅 Chicken with Tomatoes
Ingredients:
500 g ground chicken breast
Minced onion
Minced garlic
1 can of canned tomatoes
Salt & pepper, to taste
🌽 Buttered Corn
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1 can of corn kernels
Salt & pepper, to taste
