How To Start A Successful Clan In 2026🏆

Описание: Starting a new clan can be scary. For me it took a lot of time to figure out and some things youll learn naturally as you go. Starting a clan is a never ending game of trial and error. It takes time, patience, dedication and hard work but the results are worth it. Having a successful healthy clan and being a good leader is what its all about. I hope this advice helps atleast one person!

In the past iv been co-leader and leader in other clans and im the leader of my clan MAYHEM CLAN🔥 Sometimes its a headache and not easy dealing with people everyday. I think we have a good clan though, strong foundation, solid core group of members, steady growth and progress.

As a leader You need to talk to people and have patience to explain the same thing to every new player. You will repeat yourself endlessly.

Pay attention to your members look for the most committed, reliable, active members and people you can trust. Pick a good clan name, something neutral and make sure your clans description is short and to the point but also informative and motivating. This way people looking to join can see what your clan is about. Decide what type of clan you want to make, a clan for progress or growth, a clan focused on competitive play or wars, a clan that is new player friendly etc...

As a leader you want to set a good example. You need to follow your rules, be active daily and help your members. Also Improve your attacks since you will be the Leader you want to inspire people to be better attackers. Do your best to avoid drama sometimes you will deal with dramatic, rude, know it all types but dont let it bother you. If it becomes a problem or something that disrupts you clan KICK THEM.
I always try to give people second chances and help them be the best they can be. No need to be a dictator and kick people for every little thing.

You need to be understanding and patient. Always remember everyone has a life outside the game. Communication is powerful and even the most active members fade away over time or need a break.

For promoting members in your clan you can't give Elder to anyone. Only give it to people who really help you, make them pursuing this. This will motivate members to follow the rules and be the best they can be. Find member you can trust, the most reliable people in your clan and they will help you run the clan and keep the progress going forward.

Never forget you are the Leader. This is YOUR clan. You need to be confident even when you are not feeling confident deep inside. Be strong, be active and set a good example for your clan members. There will be ups and downs. There will be times it moves slow and times it moves fast. Be consistent and no matter what happens just ride the waves my friends.
