Описание: 6 gallons of hard cider and a 1 gallon simple mead fermenting hard 48 hrs after pitching. The cider is 5 gallons apple juice, 4 cinnamon sticks, 1 lb brown sugar, 1 quart honey, 8 lbs cane sugar, and 1 lb boiled raisins using lalvin EC-1118 champagne yeast. The mead is a quart of honey, 1 lb brown sugar, and boiled raisins using lalvin EC-1122 yeast. More videos to come now that I have a decent recorder.
