Here’s how I made it:
Ingredients: 1.7 kg deer meat, ginger, garlic, pacha mullagu (green chilies), Kerala-style masala mix, onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, paprika.
Step 1: Marinate the deer meat with ginger, garlic, pacha mullagu, and Kerala-style masala.
Step 2: Pressure cook for 8 whistles until the meat is tender.
Step 3: Separate the broth from the meat.
Step 4: In a pan, sauté onions, pacha mullagu, tomatoes, curry leaves, and paprika.
Step 5: Add the broth to the pan and simmer.
Step 6: Add the cooked meat back in, mix well, and cook until everything is flavorful and ready.
