Il sistema di pressatura universale è risolutivo per qualsiasi tipo di calzatura.
Il principio di funzionamento è con doppia pressatura dall’alto e dal basso
tramite doppia vasca riempita di fluido, automodellante senza l’utilizzo di
contro-sagoma. I vantaggi sono pertanto una pressione costante su tutti i
punti della superficie indipendentemente dal disegno e dalle forme, senza
utilizzare dime di riscontro. La macchina è di facile utilizzo e le regolazioni
da fare sono esclusivamente della pressione della pressatura e del tempo
di pressatura, ha un’alta produttività e può essere inserita in ciclo automati-
co. I vantaggi del sistema ERG05 sono eccezionali:
Pressione: 35 kg/cm² ripartita su tutta la superficie della scarpa
Nessuna regolazione ad eccezione del valore di pressione
Nessun impiego di piantoni di riferimento
Nessuna posizione prestabilita della calzatura in fase di inserimento,
massima ergonomia per l’operatore
Ciclo macchina estremamente rapido: 10 sec. Sono sufficienti per una
perfetta pressatura

L’impiego di fotocellule di Livello 4 di sicurezza, garantisce la massima
sicurezza ed adeguatezza alle Normative Europee.
Il sistema ERG05 è idoneo a calzature da uomo, donna, di tipo
classico,sportivo, trekking, free climbing, montagna, bike, calcio ed inoltre,
per tuttii lavori di accoppiamento di suole tecniche e componenti vari.
Universal pressing system
This universal pressing system provides solutions for all types of footwear.
The principle of operation is double pressing working from above and
below through double tub filled with fluid, selfshaping without using
counterprofile. Therefore the advantages are a constant pressure on all the
surface points independetly from drawing and shapes, without templates.
The machine is easy to use and the settings are only about the pressure of
the pressing operation and pressing time, it has a high productivity and it
can be inserted in automatic cycle. The advantages of the ERG05 system
are truly exceptional:
pressure: 35 kg/cm² distributed over the entire surface of the shoe,
no need for adjustments, except for the pressure settings
no need for a reference lasting jack
no present position for the shoe in the insertion phase, with maximum
ergonomic comfort for the operator
