15 Toes to Bar
10 Dual Dumbbell Box Step Overs (2x50, 20 inch)
Score: 6 Rds + 38 reps
Wanted 7 rounds bad and was on pace through four rounds. However, the trip disappeared and forced many breaks on the toes to bar. Had to split the step overs which was expected and the rows went fine. Think 8 rounds is definitely in the cards for a larger athlete. Give this one a go!
