I finish up the career scenario. As I approach the destination, I start to get some daylight, which is nice as I can now appreciate the scenery, and also the architecture as I pass through small towns.
As I approach Nürnberg station, I get hit with a speeding penalty as I didn't notice a speed restriction. Of course, I should have expected speed restrictions as I knew I was approaching the station. I'll at least know this for next time. This was somewhat a route learning experience.
I'd like to play this route again using one of the local commuter trains. It's a nice route that passes through plenty of small towns and stations. I believe it can also be merged with another route, but I'll need to check that to be sure.
