There is a lot going on in this video. First of all, cumulus are forming (condensation) and dissipating (evaporation) constantly as the video opens. The general trend is for cumulus to become larger and more wide spread across the frame. This is due mainly to the warming of the atmosphere by the Sun. as it heats the ground.
At about 10 seconds a small horizontal vortex forms and spins off the top of a small cumulus as it exits the frame at the center right. It lasts less than 1 second, just a quick spin with a small hole forming in the center of the vortex. This happens because wind speeds are increasing with height which causes the air to spin as air at the top of the cloud moves faster than the air below.
The remainder of the video features cumulus increasing and becoming cumulus congestus as the clouds become more swollen and larger - congested. Spend some time playing the video multiple times looking for the small wind motions that are revealed by the clouds. There are many small scale motions which are not visible without time-lapse photography.
