Input from Jhana Sounds: As a child while reciting the Karaniya Metta Sutta at the Buddha Hall or during choir sessions during Sunday Dharma School, the verse that left very strong imprint in my consciousness is :
"Just as a mother would protect her
only child with her own life,
even so, let him cultivate boundless thoughts
of loving kindness towards all beings."
Let us begin our 2026 and into the far future with thoughts of boundless loving kindness to all beings.
