The grassroots mobilizers of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) from the Bukedi sub-region have identified insufficient funding, internal conflicts among party leaders, and low voter turnout as the primary challenges encountered during the 2026 general elections.
While presenting their report to NRM Secretariat officials in Kampala, they urged the party’s National Treasurer, Ambassador Barbara Oundo Nekesa, to devise strategies to address these concerns ahead of future elections.
