*Note* - The protein side of this vid has botched calculations. Muscle meat isn't purely protein, and you will need to eat around 2-3x the volume of muscle meat to get protein factoring in water weight, and other components not protein. It will bring fat, but this variable will drive up the cost of muscle meat (which I estimated higher) by prob 35-45%. So in all fairness this realistically climbs up closer to $300/month - $200/month if you follow these guidelines.
For example:
85 Grams Grass Fed Chuck Roast is not 85 grams of Protein
It's ~ 50% protein ~ 40 grams, and 10% fat ~ 8 grams
