Описание: The word 'mortality' is normally associated with death. But if we spin that on its head and realize that our mortality is all about life until our death, that changes everything. Sue Brayne originally trained as a state registered nurse. She has an MA in the Rhetoric and Rituals of Death (King Alfreds, Winchester), a second MA in Creative Writing (Oxford Brookes) and was an honorary researcher for Dr Peter Fenwick’s five-year retrospective study into end-of-life experiences through the Clinical Division of Southampton University. Sue is the author of several books on death, dying and mortality, and for many years worked as a psychotherapist specialising in trauma, end of life issues, bereavement, and grief. Sue is also a Death Café facilitator and is the host of ‘Embracing Your Mortality’ podcast This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
