INDULGENT No Bake Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Cake, make in an 8 or 9 inch Springform Pan. If Chocolate is not your favorite flavor, substitute any flavor you like for the cookies and ice cream!
Ice Cream Cake Recipe
BOTTOM CRUST & Middle layers:
3 Cups crushed Oreo cookies (not finely crushed, leave some large pieces)
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Finely chopped Toasted Pecans
2/3 Cup Melted Butter
ICE CREAM LAYERS:
2-3 Cups Chocolate Ice Cream
2-3 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
TOP CRUST LAYER
8 3-inch Chocolate Fudge Cookies, Crushed
4 TBSP Melted Butter
8 Ounce Tub Frozen Whipped Topping
1/2 Cup Coarsely Chopped Toasted Pecans for Garnish
Freeze Cake between layers. After covering with whipped topping, freeze until solid...about 6 hours.
