Apotheosis and Skin Graft do not have traditional cooldowns. Instead, they can only be cast once in combat, and leaving and reentering combat allows them to be used again. Using Play Dead does just this. By casting Apotheosis then using Play Dead and getting back up, it can be cast again using its own SP cost reduction. Skin Graft resets the cooldown of Play Dead, allowing this chain to continue forever.
This technique only works with a couple factors. First, the player must be alone in a two-sided fight, meaning there are no allies and the enemies are not fighting one another. Second, it cannot be a battle such as in an arena or the final fight. In both cases, the player cannot leave combat with Play Dead.
It is best that the player has the highest initiative so the enemy has no chance to attack. This means this does not work against enemies such as Adramahlihk. Using Lone Wolf as a solo adventurer is definitely recommended. Invest points into wits to increase initiative. Peace of Mind can also help to keep the player first in the turn order.
Any remaining action points can be used to attack or cast spells. Time Warp is a valuable option with this build, and Adrenaline has no downsides because the turns reset. Because Skin Graft is being used, this works with any build: Knight, Mage, Archer, Rogue, etc.

Strategy:
Cast Peace of Mine before combat
Cast Apotheosis
Apply Time Warp
Use Adrenaline on second turn of Time Warp
Use any remaining action points to attack
Have at least 1 AP to use Play Dead
Get up immediately after leaving combat
Cast Apotheosis / Skin Graft
Repeat steps as needed
