I'll try to keep it short, but wanted to make this video because when it comes to investors and people wanting to specifically invest in real estate these are the questions I get week after week for years.

To break it down:

1)Where do I find the deal? Network, talk to real estate agents, and send Letters of intent. Networking is your best friend to make contacts and find deals.

2) Where do I find the money? Talk to people you know first and then approach hard money lenders, private lenders etc. Once again networking is a huge part of becoming a real estate investor.

3) What do I do with the property once I have it? Number one is always who will manage the property. Are you? are you hiring a management company? Figure out who is taking on that responsibility.
