Описание: At least 11 people were killed and more than 20 injured in a horrific head-on collision between two state-run government buses near Kummangudi in Tamil Nadu’s Sivaganga district. The impact was so severe that the driver’s cabin of one bus was completely torn apart. Locals and surviving passengers immediately rushed to rescue the injured as emergency teams arrived on the scene. Chief Minister MK Stalin expressed deep grief and directed the District Collector and District In-Charge Minister to ensure swift medical assistance. Sivaganga MP Karti Chidambaram and BJP leader K Annamalai also condoled the deaths, calling for compensation, medical support and a detailed investigation. Officials warn the death toll may rise as a full probe is underway.
