Note: This song was ripped from the recently dumped Sonic's Schoolhouse E3 1996 prototype. This version of the soundtrack upload uses typical HMI instruments, assuming the MIDIs would have been converted for the game's release.
Note 2: "Arrangers" is a bit misleading. This is actually just "Jazz", a midi composed by Carl Franklin made for the Creative Labs Soundblaster 16 soundcard. Something worth pointing out is that the final game cuts out the percussion at the beginning of the track.
