Okonomiyaki
Bahan:
100 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
95 ml air dingin
½ sdt garam
½ sdt gula
½ sdt kaldu dashi
Isian
100 gr kol
30 gr wortel
2 batang daun bawang
60 gr udang kupas
Saus:
3 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap Inggris
1 sdm gula pasir
Pelengkap:
Mayonaise
Katsuobushi
Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung, telur, air, garam, gula, dan kaldu hingga rata
2. Masukkan kol, wortel, dan daun bawang, aduk hingga tercampur
3. Panaskan teflon dengan minyak
4. Tuang adonan, ratakan dan beri udang di atasnya
5. Masak api kecil–sedang ±5 menit sampai bawah cokelat
6. Balik, masak lagi ±4–5 menit sampai matang & udang pink
7. Untuk saus, aduk semua bahan sampai gula larut
8. Olesi saus di atas okonomiyaki dan beri mayonaise
9. Tambahkan katsuobushi
10. Okonomiyaki siap disajikan.
Okonomiyaki
Ingredients:
100 g flour
1 egg
95 ml cold water
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp dashi stock
Fillings
100 g cabbage
30 g carrots
2 stalks spring onions
60 g peeled shrimp
Sauce:
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Toppings:
Mayonnaise
Katsuobushi
Steps:
1. Mix the flour, egg, water, salt, sugar, and stock until well combined
2. Add the cabbage, carrots, and spring onions and stir until combined
3. Heat a frying pan with oil
4. Pour the batter into a smooth layer and top with the shrimp
5. Cook over low-medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until the bottom is brown
6. Flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through and the shrimp are pink
7. For the sauce, stir all the ingredients until the sugar dissolves
8. Brush the sauce over the top okonomiyaki and top with mayonnaise
9. Add katsuobushi
10. Okonomiyaki is ready to serve.
