Blizzard Conditions battered Winchester, VA all day today, and at the end of the day the arrival at our hotel of the National Guard, speaking with one of the soldiers we were told they were out today helping those stranded, and doing their best to get those who had dying relatives in the hospital, etc to the hospital along with ambulances and emergency vehicles. Over 30" fell total snowfall.
