In this 15 minute yoga practice we will focus on hamstring flexibility. We will target our hamstrings through standing, balancing and seated forward folds.
Some positions may be a little bit more advanced if you are a beginner or if your hamstrings are not as flexible yet, so remember to respect your limits and let your body get there in it's own time.
Listen to your body and be mindfull. Now let's begin.
