Описание: These are two tunes from northern Germany, both entitled Die blaue Flagge, i.e. The Blue Flag, most likely referring to the "Blue Peter", a flag carried by ships leaving their home harbour for a longer journey. The first is from Schleswig, noted down in about 1840. There were lyrics going with it: "Laet die blaue Flagge weien, laet se drillen, laet se dreien, denn dat Schip to See angeiht". The second I got from the repertoire of the folk band "Moin", famous in the 1970ies in Germany.
