Midland Main Line: Leicester - Nottingham and Derby is a DLC route for Train Sim World 3, developed by Skyhook Games. It depicts the central section of the Midlands Main Line, covering the section from Leicester to Derby, plus the branch from East Midlands Parkway to Nottingham. Also featured is Ratcliffe Power Station, Eastcroft Depot and Litchurch Lane Works.

The route is set in 2019, towards the end of East Midlands Trains tenure on the line before the East Midlands franchise was transferred to Abellio to form East Midlands Railway. It features the British Rail Class 43 High Speed Train for high-speed intercity services and the British Rail Class 158 for regional and commuter services. This is the first modern diesel route for the UK since Great Western Express, and also serves as the second line to feature the HST.

BR Class 43 HST - Returning from its first appearance in Great Western Express, the BR Class 43 will form the High Speed traction on this route - and is more than capable of reaching this section's line speed in good time.

BR Class 158 'Sprinter Express' - A brand new addition to the TSW Franchise, the BR Class 158 is this route's primary regional and commuter train.
