I spent most of my life trying to be “normal” — at work, socially, emotionally — and failing badly at it.
I thought that meant something was wrong with me. Lazy. Difficult. Broken.
Turns out… I was hating myself too much. It was my ADHD making things hard for me!
This video is for anyone in their 30s, 40s, or 50s who grew up feeling out of this world, overwhelmed, or like me constantly trying to fix themselves.
The weird way my brain worked with ADHD ran through my body, mixed with ongoing stress and self-awareness, and the relief that comes with realising you were never broken — just a different version of “normal.”
