TANGO FOR MUSICIANS - LEIPZIG 2023

Описание: The enchanting city of Leipzig, Germany, played host to the 3rd. edition of Tango for Musicians in Europe, where 95 musicians from 11 different countries converged to spend a whole week to learn, share and play tango alongside peers.

This 3er. edition, produced by Tango Sin Fin, the non profit organization based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, took place at Musikschule Neue Musik Leipzig, featuring a week program with instrumental tango technique classes, tango arranging classes, “parrilla” tango improvisations and tango style classes.
Also, every night Jam Tango Sessions were held at the IntercityHotel Leipzig and a great Tango For Musicians weekend festival took place at the Schaubühne Lindenfels Theatre with dance classes, movie screening, milongas enhanced by live music and concerts showcasing both the faculty members and the musicians who participated.

Tango For Musicians in Europe 2023 was made in collaboration with Musikschule Neue Musik Leipzig, IntercityHotel Leipzig, Tango Salón Leipzig, and L-Tango Leipzig.

The artistic faculty was formed by Paulina Fain, Exequiel Mantega, Guillermo Rubino, Sebastián Henríquez, Pablo Jaurena, Ignacio Varchausky and Juan Villareal. Judy Ruks, pianist from the "Cuarteto Rotterdam” participated as guest teacher for the new “Enthusiast Tango Track”.
