In this video 🎥
Our South Downs hike takes us on a 2 day adventure through some of Hampshires most beautiful countryside.
A perfect wild camping spot on top of Old Winchester hill on the 14 mile mark was much needed, we did this hike during a heatwave with temperatures around 30c. It was tough going with very little shade.
This part of the south downs way takes us through Cheesefoot Hill, Beacon Hill and Butser Hill. We also stopped for a cooling foot dunk in the river at Exton whilst waiting for our delicious lunch at The Shoe Inn.
