Dean and his daughter, Cassie.
When Dean wasn't paying attention, Cassie gets kidnapped by a demon. Sam finds the live feed cam of her on the internet and proceeds to help Dean find the demon. When they find the demon, Cassie isn't there and the demon refuses to tell them where she is. After so long searching, Dean and Sam start to go through the emotions of losing the little girl when they began to realize that Cassie might be dead.
