Today Karnataka High Court struck down the lower court’s gag order that barred media reporting on the Dharmasthala mass burial investigation, affirming the public’s right to know and upholding press freedom. The Special Investigation Team (SIT), led by DGP Pranab Mohanty, is set to conduct a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey at Site 13, following caution due to nearby electricity lines and roadside location.
