Kelly Fairbairn is co-founder, President and CEO of PPS International Limited, a consulting firm that partners with regional and global organizations to build leadership talent through customized training, assessments, coaching and more.

Before co-founding PPS, Kelly was a Director of Human Resources and Manager of Instructional Design for several manufacturing, financial services and technology corporations.Kelly holds many certifications and she and her team have won awards related to the creation and implementation of learning, including several Brandon Hall, HCM Excellence Awards for Innovative Learning and Development Programs.
