Daf Yomi -The Gemara discussions different cases of Anus, where one is forced to sin against his will. The Rambam writes that one who kills under duress-i.e. he is held at gunpoint-is considered Anus, and is not punished by Bait Din. The question is: How is this considered Anus if he still had the ability to choose death?
